We Work with your Insurance Company

At Tripp’s Collision, we have your best interest at heart, which is why we want you to know your rights when it comes to collision repair and car insurance.  In most cases, insurance companies recommend certain body shops, and claimants feel compelled to go to them but, as the insured, you pay the premium and per Michigan law, you have the right to choose where your vehicle goes for autobody repair, ADAS calibration, and everything in between.

At Tripp’s Collision, we capture every detail of collision damage and work with your insurance company to get all repairs covered.  We understand that the proper repairs after a collision are critical to the safety of your family and the performance of your vehicle our Rule of Repair is to always adhere to the strictest OEM repair procedures to ensure your vehicle is returned to the original structural integrity.

We’ll Handle Your Insurance Claim

We know that a collision is a very stressful thing to go through, and after starting the claim, it is not necessary for you to have to communicate back and forth between your insurance company and the collision center.  Our experienced Estimators will handle all the communication and negotiations with the insurance company and coordinate the repairs and billing, so you don’t have to.

Sometimes a minor accident can result in damage that is not visible until the car is taken apart.  As we are working (disassembling) on your vehicle, and we find additional damage, we will notify you and work with your insurance company to handle any disputes and get the additional repairs authorized.

Tripp’s Collision will apply 10% of your claim up to $500.00 towards your deductible or a rental car while we are working on your vehicle.  For example, if you have a $3,000.00 claim, Tripp’s will cover $300.00 towards your deductible or apply $300.00 to your rental car bill.

We’ll Cover Up To $500 Of Your Deductible
