TRIPP’S COLLISION TAKE A TRIP WITH TRIPP’S SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE AN ENTRANT’S CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF MICHIGAN WHO ARE AT LEAST EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OLD AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

The Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tripp’s Collision (“Tripp’s” or “Sponsor”), with locations at 2999 W. Michigan Ave., Jackson, MI 49202; 3303 N East St., Lansing, MI 48906; and 2025 E. Saginaw St., East Lansing, MI 48823.

HOW TO ENTER

Beginning on March 1, 2026, at 8:00AM Eastern Time through March 31, 2026, at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Entry Phase”), eligible participants may enter one the following ways:

Automatic Method of Entry – All owners of vehicles repaired at any Tripp’s Collision location during the Entry Phase will receive one (1) entry. Alternative Method of Entry – Eligible participants may also enter by completing an online entry form at trippscollision.com/take-a-trip-with-tripps-entry-form/ ‎ during the Entry Phase. Entry forms must be completely filled in and include all required information, including without limitation: first and last name, email address, physical address, phone and date. One (1) entry per person.

Attempting to enter more than the number of times permitted will void all entries and result in disqualification.

ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of and within the state of Michigan who are 18 years of age and older as of March 1, 2026. Employees of Tripp’s Collision, and members of their immediate family or persons living in the same household, are not permitted to participate in the Tripp’s Collision Super Fan Prize Pack Sweepstakes. The potential winner must sign an applicable Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release to be awarded the Prize.

DRAWING

A random drawing will be conducted on or about April 6, 2026, by Tripp’s to select the winner from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The potential winner will be notified by phone and or email on or about April 6, 2026, and will be required to sign and return an Affidavit/Statement of Eligibility and Release within two days of the date they are notified by Tripp’s. The potential winner will be asked to provide personal information, such as the potential winner’s name, physical address, and date of birth in order to confirm eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of the opportunity to be awarded the Prize and Tripp’s shall have the option to award the Prize to an alternate winner. The failure to respond to Tripp’s notice within two days of Tripp’s first attempt to notify may result in disqualification and an alternate winner may be selected. By entering the Tripp’s Collision Trip with Tripp’s

Sweepstakes, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Tripp’s, which shall be final in all matters. Acceptance of the Prize also constitutes permission to Tripp’s to use the winner’s name, image, photograph, likeness, statements, voice, biographical information, and address (city and state) to include in a winners list and for marketing purposes to promote future promotions without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. All federal and state laws apply.

THE PRIZE

The prize will consist of one (1) $1,000 Gift Card to Airbnb (the “Prize”)

Total Prize value: $1,000. One (1) Prize will be awarded. No other items, services, or expenses are included. No substitution or transfer of Prize permitted by winner. Tripp’s reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, which shall be considered the Prize. The Prize will be awarded subject to the terms of these Official Rules. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of Prize are the responsibility of the winner. Tripp’s may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the winner. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Tripp’s may award the Prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. All Prize details are at the sole discretion of Tripp’s.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

BY ENTERING THE TRIPP’S COLLISION TAKE A TRIP WITH TRIPP’S SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANTS WAIVE ALL RIGHT TO, AND HOLD TRIPP’S HARMLESS FROM, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY, LOSS, DAMAGE (INCLUDING PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES), OR EXPENSE (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE TAKE A TRIP WITH TRIPP’S SWEEPSTAKES OR THE ACCEPTANCE, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Tripp’s will not be responsible for: late, incomplete, illegible, destroyed, or incorrect entries; an entrant’s failure to receive Prize notices due to entrant’s spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for entrants’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information or general unresponsiveness; technical, hardware, or software malfunctions, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or used in Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s; by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in the Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s; or any typographical, technological, or other error in the publishing of the offer, administration of the Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s Sweepstakes, or announcement of the Prize. If, in Sponsor’s opinion, there is such an error, or there is any suspected evidence of tampering with any portion of the Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s, or if technical difficulties (including viruses and bugs) compromise the integrity of the Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s Sweepstakes, Tripp’s reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or modify the Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s in a manner it deems appropriate. In the event of termination, a winner (assuming compliance with these Official Rules) will be selected from among all eligible entries received as of date of

termination. In the event a dispute arises as to the identity of a potentially winning entrant, entries will be declared by the name on the entry form.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE TRIPP’S COLLISION TAKE A TRIP WITH TRIPP’S SWEEPSTAKES AND PRIZE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

RELEASE OF TRIPP’S

Each entrant forever releases, indemnifies, and holds harmless Sponsor from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or losses arising out of or in any way connected with the entrant’s participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the Prize.

CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM

Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to the Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Michigan, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to Tripp’s Collision Take a Trip with Tripp’s Sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Lansing, Michigan.

For the name of the Prize winner, available after April 25, 2026, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Tripp’s. For Official Rules, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to Tripp’s by March 31, 2026.
